Qualification:

1. Majoring in electronics or microelectronics, with a bachelor's degree or above, solid foundation in professional knowledge, and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Design work experience in the microelectronics industry is preferred;

Job responsibilities:

1. Establish an internal management and communication mechanism for the project team in accordance with the R&D management system;

2. Assist the project leader in the formation of the project team, ensure the control of the project team, and arrange the tasks of project team members reasonably;

12. Organize testing personnel to write product testing and trial production reports and various technical documents, and verify the validity of test data;

13. Coordinate with relevant departments to manage the quality of the product development process, and organize the quality department to evaluate its effectiveness;

14. After the completion of the research and development phase, timely report to relevant leaders and notify relevant departments to organize the acceptance and finalization (identification) of new products;

15. Assist patent engineers in applying for and approving new product patents and certifications in accordance with the requirements of the Intellectual Property Management System;

16. Collaborate with the production department to complete product trial production and coordinate the handling of technical issues during trial production;

17. Summarize product development experience, continuously improve products, and track and coordinate design modifications and improvements based on reasonable requirements from customers or relevant departments of the company.
