This morning, a unique final project defense was held as scheduled. Students from the School of Microelectronics of Xi'an Jiaotong University took turns to go on stage, drawing a successful conclusion to their summer internships. 

This summer internship lasted for three weeks. Reactor-Micro meticulously crafted the "Mentor Escort" training program, enabling the students from Xi'an Jiaotong University to deeply immerse themselves in the real R & D scenarios of the enterprise. Senior engineers and chief experts took on the role of mentors, customizing practical topics based on the actual needs of the projects. These topics covered technical directions such as the design of internal error amplifiers in integrated circuits, the structural design and simulation optimization of high - speed MOS amplifiers, the design of externally adjustable frequency oscillators, and the design of high - precision band - gap references. Students could independently select topics according to their professional strengths and research interests, achieving an accurate match of "interest - driven + goal - oriented".

During the internship, the students from Xi'an Jiaotong University demonstrated a solid theoretical foundation and excellent learning ability.
