From July 8th to 10th, the Electronica China Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Reactor-Micro will bring solutions such as automotive electrical intelligence, wireless communication RF envelope tracking, and AC/DC power integration, as well as the full range of power integration products to the exhibition.

Reactor-Micro's automotive electrical solution is mainly applicable to the field of intelligent power distribution systems such as commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, off-road and special vehicles. Reactor-Micro currently has multiple categories of products such as smart high / low side switches, motor drivers, LED drivers, high side MOSFET driver, and power MOSFET. At present, nearly 20 products have passed the performance test and certification of commercial / passenger vehicles and off-road vehicle clients.

Three smart power switch products (AEC-Q100 Grade 1 certified) will be highlighted in the exhibition: RM76220TS, RM74200ES, and RM76006TS. Among them, RM76220TS and RM74200ES are applied to the vehicle power system (engine, transmission controller, and body domain controller); RM76006TS, with its low internal resistance and large load current capacity, is applied in the body pre-control and smart power distribution box.
