RMJ3603/RMJ3603A is a synchronous buck DC/DC micro power module chip that integrates a synchronous buck controller, power MOSFET, power inductor, and other necessary passive components. It supports a wide input voltage range from 4V to 36V and provides an output current capability of 3A continuous and 4A peak.

RMJ3603/RMJ3603A adopts LGA-16 (4mmx6 mmx1.9mm) packaging, with minimal peripheral components. It can achieve efficient operation under both heavy and light load conditions and features comprehensive protection functions: UVP, OVP, OCP, SCP, OTP. It is an ideal solution for space-constrained applications and noise-sensitive systems.
