Recently, the opening report of the Asia Cheng Micro Postdoctoral Research Workstation was held in the conference room of the R&D Center on the third floor of the company headquarters building. The company specially invited Professor Pu Hongbin from Xi'an University of Technology to serve as the leader of the expert group, with Chairman Yu Yuanqiang, Technical Advisor Wen Lingsheng, and R&D Director Yang Shihong serving as the evaluation experts for this meeting. Dr. Miao Dongming, a newly admitted PhD, and relevant personnel from the R&D center attended the meeting.

Dr. Miao Dongming gave the opening report for this project proposal meeting. Dr. Miao provided a detailed report to the expert group on the topic selection basis, research objectives, research content, work plan, and expected results of the research project. After discussion and defense, the expert group unanimously agreed that Dr. Miao's research project objectives were clear and the design scheme was feasible, and agreed to start the project.

In 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, a national level postdoctoral research workstation was established, and a postdoctoral joint training agreement was signed with Xi'an University of Technology to complement the advantages of universities, promote the integration of industry, academia, research and application, and effectively promote the company's rapid development in innovation and team building.
