To further strengthen the company's safety defense line, popularize emergency rescue knowledge, and enhance employees' self-rescue and mutual-rescue abilities in emergencies, Reactor Micro, in collaboration with the professional training team of the Xi'an Red Cross, conducted a special emergency rescue training for over 50 employees, including the company's safety personnel.

This training focuses on core emergency first aid skills and is taught by a senior instructor from the Red Cross. During the training, the instructor combines real-life cases and employs various methods such as theoretical explanations, on-site demonstrations, and practical drills to explain the key points of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the usage process of automatic external defibrillator (AED), and emergency response methods for common emergencies. The instructor breaks down the steps and provides detailed guidance to ensure that each trainee can accurately grasp the operational essentials.

The trainees exhibited a high level of enthusiasm for learning and a strong sense of responsibility. During the practical exercises, they worked in groups, cooperating with each other, and under the patient guidance of the instructor, they strived to perform each movement accurately and proficiently. Faced with doubts and difficulties during the training, the trainees actively asked questions and engaged in in-depth discussions, fostering a strong learning atmosphere. After four hours of systematic training and rigorous assessment, all trainees mastered the core skills of emergency first aid, successfully obtained their training certificates, and gained preliminary practical abilities in emergency first aid.

This emergency rescue training is an important measure taken by the company to fulfill its responsibility for safe production and care for the physical and mental health of its employees.
