In mid month, Reactor Micro Intelligent High Side Switch Chips RM77007TS, RM75150ESA, and RM75200ESA successfully passed the AEC-Q100 vehicle level reliability certification.

AEC-Q100 is a universal standard for automotive electronic systems and a set of stress testing standards for integrated circuit products for automotive applications. It is a powerful proof of the quality and reliability of electronic component products. The main testing content includes temperature range, failure rate, packaging type, ESD tolerance, humid and hot environment, and mechanical reliability.

The three intelligent high side switch chips that have been certified this time are all single channel chips, mainly used in 12V/24V vehicle bodies, with functions such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent limit, and overheating protection. Among them, RM77007TS also has current monitoring characteristics, with a load current of 44A, a peak short-circuit current limit of 90A, and a current detection ratio of 13000.

According to the plan, it is expected that by the first half of next year, Reactor Micro will complete the vehicle level testing of over 20 automotive electronic products and obtain certification reports. These products include intelligent high side switches, intelligent low side switches, motor drives, analog multiplexers, etc., which can be widely used in modules such as body control, automotive lighting, and power control.
