1. RM77100DD

Functional Features:
・Short - circuit protection operation mode: RM77100DD integrates two protection methods, dynamic OTP and current - limiting fixed - time locking, which improves the response time during normal operation.
・Short - circuit protection current - limiting value: The current - limiting value is divided into 4 levels according to the magnitude of the short - circuit VDS. A relatively high short - circuit protection current value enables a stronger ability to drive capacitive loads.
・Reverse - polarity conduction function: RM77100DD has a reverse - polarity conduction function. Note: If the GND pin is grounded through a diode, the reverse - polarity conduction function will not work.

2. RM7515KSF

Functional Features:

・The combination of an external inductor and a boost DC/DC converter with a gate driver can drive standard - level MOSFETs even at low supply voltages.

・The RM7515KSF, which controls the gate voltage at the input end, integrates an under - voltage lock - out protection function to prevent driving the MOSFET in linear mode.
・With a wide operating voltage range of 6V to 60V, it can be compatible with application scenarios in different fields of automotive electronics.
