RMJ3606 is a synchronous buck DC/DC micro power module that integrates a synchronous buck controller, power MOSFET, power inductor, and other necessary passive components. It supports a wide input voltage range from 3.8V to 36V and provides an output current capability of 6A continuous and 8A peak.

RMJ3606 utilizes a BGA-49 (6.35mm x 6.35mm x 5.05mm) package, requiring minimal external components. It can operate efficiently under both heavy and light loads, and boasts comprehensive protection functions: UVP, OVP, OCP, SCP, and OTP. It is an ideal solution for space-constrained applications and noise-sensitive systems.
