1. Product Introduction

RMJ67007IN is the first current-limit adjustable intelligent high-side switch launched by Yachengwei. It integrates core functions such as power NMOS transistor, charge pump drive, current detection, temperature detection, and output voltage clamping. Compared to traditional high-side switches, its adjustable current-limit feature can meet the application needs of different customers.

The device is packaged in a TO-263-7L format and incorporates a built-in power MOSFET with a low on-resistance of 11mΩ. It can sustain a maximum rated current of 8A and features overcurrent and short circuit protection through an external current limiting resistor to set the output current limit threshold. It can stably maintain constant current output before triggering high-temperature shutdown. Additionally, it integrates an output voltage clamping function, which can be used not only as a conventional power switch but also as a surge suppression device to suppress voltage and current surges, and as a dedicated charging switch for high-capacity capacitive loads.
